Lost Mothers Everywhere by Luciano Santini

Hello. Good morning my friends. Today is a very special day; my beautiful mother passed away two years ago.
I will dedicate this blog to her and to all those that have lost their mothers. My mother; what can I say other then she was a strong woman and a great woman. She touched many lives.

You see the love of a mother cannot ever be challenged. I remember some things as a child that when I was hurt she was always there for me. I remember when I would feel bad because I was unable to go to school and I remember she would cry because she knew how I wanted to go but could not.
The tears of a mother could fill a heart in discontent that truthfully I have no idea how they do that, but they do that and they do it so well. Growing up with sixteen other brothers and sisters I can tell you that having dreams seemed unattainable. She would always encourage me never ever to give up and do not let anyone tell you you cannot reach your dreams.
I always think about those words because at the time I had no idea what they meant and how much of an impact they actually had on me. I know now and fully understand what they meant.

Each day of my life I try to teach the same ethics to my children. I believe In dreams just like the next person. We all want success my friends but how strong do truly feel about those dreams!! Are they just in a book written somewhere just sitting on a shelf, or are you going to do something about those dreams and pick them and take off with them?

You have to believe in who are and what you stand for. So ask yourself if you really believe.

Guiding Our Children by Luciano Santini

Hello my friends how are we doing this morning? We all are affected by the events around the world, especially when it comes so close to home, would you agree? I believe our youth need guidance and help to realize the changes that are happening in the world.
Our children are afraid and scared you can see it on their faces and you can hear it in their voices when they ask questions and are afraid of what the answers might be. We are a generation that needs to be aware of what is happening to our youth.

I see them every day and talk to so many and they all seem lost because of the economy and to see their parents pushing them out the door because they need more money to make ends meet, well it just breaks my heart. We need to make a difference by showing them that there are people who really care for them and their future.

Coming from a family of 17 I know the struggles and, yes, though struggles can actually be your friends because they will push you to your limits, and you will open your mind to all the possibilities that are out there for us.

You must remember to make a change. You must take the first step because if you never take the first step I promise you that you will never take the second step.

In life there are always choices to be made, but we have to make them carefully because they can either make us as a person or destroy us forever because we will regret them later. We must never forget that the youth are our future.
In business we move towards the same development of life. We must understand what we want and what we need to make us move in the right direction to accomplish our dreams and goals. I have stated many times that there laws and there is a science for success just like there is a science to live a great life.

Hello my friends how are we doing on this wonderful day!
I look at this day as a day where I can come together and think about the rest of the week in peace and in tranquility from the chaos of the world.
I find this day to be special for me because so many things happen on this day for me. I get to take my kids to school. This is the day we picked out of the week to do this.
This is a day that think about what it means to be a father and what needs to be done to stay closer to my boys and beautiful daughter. This is the day that I remember the past and where I am today. I always ask people’s in general what would you change if you could go back into the past and I always get the same answers.
Some will change so many things and some would change none. I always go back to the people who tell me what they would change. I get all kinds of different answers and it is because they did not know the affects those mistakes would have in their future. I tell them that we are all different and placed in different situations.
We have all made mistakes, there are always one or more things we do in our lives that we regret. It could be as simple as saying something you felt bad about and wished you had never said oops! too late. It was said and now you must live with it. In life things happen and when they do all you can do is try to make the best of the positive side of it.
Sometimes it may seem that there is no way to repair the damage but there is always a way always, no matter what it is. People just do not have the knowledge to teach themselves or learn about themselves.
I believe that people overall are goodhearted. It is the chaos in the world and the changes without warning that come into our lives.
There is always a way to make things right if we but believe that change can and will happen. Change is a strong word especially if we cannot define it for ourselves. Change can turn the events around the world at an instant.
Change can make you a totally different person then you are at this moment. Change can and will teach you to be who and what you want to, but you have to believe that change can take place within you and accept it.
Take a good look at yourself today and ask: What is it that I need to change within me?
Think about what it is that needs to be changed and take it all day with you. Write it down and read it at every opportunity. Take this thought and make it real.
Once you have made it real make it truth and believe that this change can be made and make it happen.

A beautiful day it is on this Sunday. Woke up this morning and was informed that the fires in the Antelope Valley had been controlled and most people get to return to their homes. I believe that every situation we fall into is for a reason and we may not be able to see it or know why, but there is always a reason for everything.

It is human nature to fear the unknown and to fear it is within each of us. The question is do we let fear control who we are and sometimes make decisions we regret later in life? We meet people every day and sometimes we go into business with them and regret it later, and then the other side of the coin is that sometimes we meet people who really want to help us succeed, but because of fear we let opportunities slip by.
This happens every day in our daily lives, we just do not see it nor do we take the time to understand who we are and we fall to fear and foolishness within ourselves. We find that we are only people, and we are animals with a higher understanding of life and remorse, where lower animals do not have that; what they have is the instinct to survive. OOHHH wait, we also have that instinct to survive don’t we? Yes we do!! And that is where we come up on the world because we have the ability to think and become whatever it is we want.
We have a mind where there is freedom of thought where there is freedom of mind and freedom to think ourselves into any situation we choose to. Ten or twelve years ago I was one of those persons that did not trust himself to make the right choice, and so I would always ask others what they thought about my ideas, and of course nine out of ten would get shot down, and so I would not follow my dreams.
Then one day I read a book that changed my life because in this book it stated that whatever the mind can create you could become, and reach extreme heights. Well, it has taken me twelve long years of reading, researching, and thinking to finally realize that there is more to life.
I have realized that there is nothing that I cannot create in my mind with a map to get there, and bring those thoughts to reality.
I read this story a while back about Johnny Cash:
In the early 90’s, legendary singer Johnny Cash had been all but forgotten by the music industry. This bothered music producer Rick Rubin, who suggested they work together. Rubin set up a solo acoustic show at The Viper Room in Los Angeles. Just Cash, his guitar, and a microphone. And in his anxiety, Johnny Cash found a whole new career. Rubin stripped away the other instruments, musicians, staging, and trappings that Johnny Cash had learned to rely on over the years. And in the process, discovered a voice that had been there all along.
You see, this is an example of what the mind can do when it all seems impossible. The mind will come up with a map to create a possibility if we but believe in who we are.

Hello my friends how are you doing on this beautiful day?
Wow when someone asks you this question how do you react? These are simple questions that can either make you feel good or ruined your day depending on the answer I suppose. Well you see the goal here is to get your body and mind motivated to think in a positive way from the beginning.
I know times are hard believe me I know, I see it every day. You hear all the networkers how they are making millions and millions and they show us their fake reports and well, I hope they feel good about themselves. I believe some people believe they can make others feel the same way by teaching and showing false feeling and playing on peoples’ emotions.
I am just a regular guy who believes in core values as a human being and business man. I am someone who believes that whatever I offer will help you or your business if implemented correctly. I am not going to show you fake documents showing false pie graphs and bar graphs or numbers showing revenue but certain things blocked out hmmmmmm I would question that too.
You see, my friends, in life there is only integrity and belief. If you have integrity and you believe that what you offer in services and in motivation will truly benefit people then you have what it takes to get someone to the next level.
Sometime life can creep up on you or your business and can be difficult. The thing to do is to hold on to what you have and to what you truly believe in and move forward perhaps with a little help from someone who has an open mind and can teach some core lessons in business or in life.
I believe in reality and teaching and coaching real issues never theoretical always keep it real.
We as individuals can sometimes get caught up in the mixture of life and fall short of our beliefs and sometimes get stuck there and stay there. Ohhh, bad place to be my friends. I know I have been there.
Life is sometimes crazy when you sit down and really think about what it is we are looking for. Is it true success or is it a phase that we are trying to consider only? You see my friends, in business we need to really believe in
what our mission statement is and what does it stand for not just for the company, but for your customers.
To understand all this we need a good solid open-minded business coach. One that believes in reality and not theory.

Luciano Santini On Business

Hello everyone, how are we doing today on this fine day? Well, some will read it on Monday night but most on Tuesday morning. Last night I went for my daily two-mile run and as I was running I saw the newspaper front page through the stand glass and it read “Is Your Restaurant an A B or a C?”
I continued on my run and, well, it inspired what I am about to write.

You see, businesses do not seem to get it. Just because your business seems to be thriving today does not mean that it will thrive tomorrow. There is a science to success in business. There are laws that need to be followed to be successful in business as there are in how to follow in life.

We meet head to head every day with these laws. We just do not see them. Why? Well, because we do not know how to implement or what to make of them. I have stated that when I did my thesis for my masters degree. I did it on The Allegory of The Cave by Plato. If we read it it states the following, and it is from here that I have compiled not only education but years and knowledge on business and life;

Plato was teaching the future king Alexander the great a math problem and Alexander pushed away the paper and stated to Plato, “I am the to be king. Just give me the answer!” Plato stated back to Alexander, “There is no royal shortcut to learning.” This is especially true in business.

Plato, the most creative and influential of Socrates’ disciples, wrote dialogues in which he often used the figure of Socrates to espouse his own (Plato’s) full-fledged philosophy. In “The Republic,” Plato sums up his views in an image of ignorant humanity, trapped in the depths and not even aware of its own limited perspective. The rare individual escapes the limitations of that cave and, through a long, tortuous intellectual journey, discovers a higher realm, a true reality with a final, almost mystical awareness of Goodness as the origin of everything that exists. Such a person is then the best equipped to govern in society, having knowledge of what is ultimately most worthwhile in life and not just knowledge of techniques; but that person will frequently be misunderstood by those ordinary folks back in the cave who haven’t shared in the intellectual insight.

Here you see that we must find what it means and be able to understand and then decipher it break it down into steps for both life and business.

Nothing lasts forever unless we know how to make it work in the everyday life and chaos that face us each day with our employees and our customers, who are the blood for the business.

The Mirror
I stand in the middle of this room staring at this mirror looking at someone
I do not know this person that is looking back at me.
Who is this person, I do not even know who you are.
The person looking at me is staring at me with a grimace I do not like it.
I hate this look from this person why does he not stop.
Stop! stop! Stop looking at me now!!
Finally It stops because suddenly there was a smile from inside.
I like the smile that came from this persons face I liked it.
I realized that the person I did not like was me all along.
I was afraid for a while until I found the person I liked inside.
That person suddenly touched my soul from deep inside.
I stared at this face and for a long time wondering how could I keep this person happy.
I looked at the mirror every day making sure the person in the mirror smiled at me.
I did that for a long time thinking great thoughts and bringing those thoughts to life each and every day.
I finally beat that bully in the mirror and voila!!! the greatest friend came from the mirror because I believed he could be happy every day and with a positive attitude.
