I believe that you can create gargantuan results without a whole lot of knowledge about the area you wish to experience success in. I believe that you can turn a struggling business into a very profitable business in less than a year. Someone else told me these things and I believed it. Then I experienced all of the above and it took my beliefs about what is possible in my business into an entirely new realm. I also did the same turnaround with my health. This gave me more evidence that what I think about is the ONLY thing that gives me results in life. I’ve been talking about the Law of Attraction for over a decade. I’ve coached enough people who “say” they are using attraction principles to know that I need to explain a bit more to squeeze the most out of their efforts. Yes, whatever you give your attention to is what you will create more of. That’s law of Attraction at a very basic level and not really enough information to get those high-octane results on a consistent basis. More of the nitty gritty of attraction in business… You have to truly believe that thoughts create every piece of your reality. Every client, every income increase or decrease, and every person that supports your business as a vendor, employee or contractor is a direct result of your beliefs and focus. Know the essence (the qualities) of your desired outcome and make a decision that you will get it. Course correct when you notice you are spending more time on your problem or lack of progress than the desired outcome. Give yourself some time to see the magical manifestations. Getting ticked off about the lack of evidence of your progress will only slow down the process. Practice. Practice. You must train your brain that results are a direct reflection of how you think. Stop running around like a chicken with its head cut off aimlessly taking action. Course correct as many times as it takes. Make space for peace and fun. Without these two things, you will be slow to see results in your business and overwhelm will consume you. Take action and implement new business strategies only when you feel very sure that it is the ideal action and strategy for you. Don’t worry about what other people think or if they are doing better than you. You don’t need to do all that the experts are saying in order to be a success. Mind your OWN business. You have an Inner Business Expert. Listen to the voice calling out inside of you. You are being given direct guidance all the time. It’s your job to trust that information. Continually focus on what you are doing well and acknowledge any progress that you are making. Focusing on progress will attract more progress. Pretty soon there will be an avalanche of evidence that you are a positive force to reckon with! Inspiration is everything in business. If an idea falls flat or something feels hard…STOP! Regroup, connect to your guidance and wait for a new way of moving forward that feels like a set up for winning with ease. Of course, there are more nuances to attract business goals in a way that is fun, easy and joy-filled. Publishing Your Book

This is a recent letter I wrote to a frustrated friend who was trying to decide how to go about getting his first book published. His idea was to start by trying to obtain an agent, but really didn’t know which way to turn. He knew that I self-published my last two books, but was concerned about the stigma about doing it this way. I set him straight.

Here it is:

I can definitely understand your frustration! I went through it a few years back when I was trying to get my first book published. I thought that I’d get at least one book published, then get an agent. Then I did some research on the publishing scene to get some perspective. I must have sent querries to around 75 publishers, then had a couple who wanted Quantum Earth. I chose a small publishing house in Maine. I thought that was the hard part! Little did I know that as far as marketing and publicity I was on my own, as are most authors in the business, including those published by the bigger houses you may get to publish your book with the help of an agent. Even the big houses don’t even put your book into stores for you. They also don’t help one iota with marketing. Some may give you a couple free books to pass out for review, but it’s only the big guys who get such things as advances and tours.

So you see, having an agent doesn’t guarantee anything except one more person to take a piece of your pie, so to speak. I’ve sold many books with my publisher, but received such a small percentage from MY hard work that I decided to self-publish. I found a great friend on facebook who has connections to get your book published within a week, getting a special custom interior and fonts (with pictures if you wish), have your book listed with amazon and createspace, plus a marketing portfolio, all for $500. I have done this twice so far and am extremely satisfied with everything. My friend worked with his experts and delivered exactly what I wanted and more. Now I am in complete control of my books and profits.

From my research the stigma attached to self-publishing is quickly falling away, and I and many others believe it is the wave of the future because of the changes in the publishing industry. You can even contact J.A. Konrath on facebook (he’s a friend of mine there), who has lead the way by becoming extremely successful as a self-published author.

</span>Life is funny that way. We tend to want things and hope that either they happen on their own or someone gives them to us. Reality check my friends it does not automatically happen nor is anyone going to give you anything for free. It just does not happen ever. The only thing that is for free in life is Air. Everything else there is a cost outside of you. Your mind is free which is the most important thing that we have and yes it is free and we must take it and build from it and create all that it is we want and take action towards those goals.

In business my friends is the same thing because nothing happened or is it going to happen because no cares but you about your business. If your business fails what do people say well the market was bad! The economy was bad! The employees were not the right employees! The management was bad! It is always the same answers when I ask businesses those questions.

I smile at the owners or managers and sometimes at the employees and say really. I go on to explain though those elements can be part of the problem. The real problem is the above. Not properly trained in something or somehow something went wrong. That is when you know or should know you need assistance from someone who knows business better then you do.

Whether it is some one like me or anyone else there are so many great business coaches out there. Call someone or at least pay a few hundred dollars to get a consultation of your business.

There is a SWOT Analysis which is critical to do and be on top of it because if you do not have any idea what it is and what it means then you should not be in business. You are literally giving and throwing your money away.

“Business as Usual” is Change by Luciano Santini

Hello my friends today we will talk a bit about change in business and what we need to do and how to go about the changes that need to be done. Change is the only constant.

What was true more than two thousand years ago is just as true today – we live in a world where “business as usual” is change. Cost reduction exercises, new initiatives, project-based working, technology improvements, staying ahead of the competition – these things come together to drive ongoing changes to the way we work.

Whether you’re considering a small change to one or two processes, or a system wide change to an organization, it’s common to feel uneasy and intimidated by the scale of the challenge. You know that the change needs to happen, but you don’t really know how to go about delivering it. Where do you start? Who do you involve? How do you see it through to the end? There are many theories about how to “do” change. The way to make the changes smooth is by hiring or at least getting an idea from someone who can really help or assist you with the transition between perhaps new management or new staff. Bring in someone like myself or someone who really knows people. I am a motivational speaker who truly believes and teaching people that they can change, especially our youth; Here I am at The Highlands Church In Palmdale California as a panelist with Sheriffs Department Officials and Superior Court Judges on how can we help our youth.

We seem to get caught up on our daily routines and I say we need to take the time for our little ones and our significant other as well. I have seen business owners spend too much time on their business and forget about the children or their loved ones, and not realize it until it is to late. There is no need for that and I can teach you how step by step.

There is a time when people ask me about politics and frankly, I hate those questions because I just do not like talking in public regarding my political thoughts. The one thing I always tell people is that if they want change then get out and vote on what they believe to be the right things to vote on.

I tell people that we want changes but we do not get out of our comfort zone to do anything about it until it affects us personally. Then we are all over it, but guess what? By then it is too late people. So if you want change then get out and let your voice be heard.

Making September’s consumer confidence and manufacturing data even more worrisome, odds favor another drop in confidence in October, which could fuel concerns about the recovery. The Conference Board index has declined every October except one since 1990, with particularly large drops occurring around recessions. Considering the average change since 1990 has been -6.6 points, confidence could fall next month to a level last seen during the recession in early 2009. The report’s details support our preliminary forecast for a rise in the unemployment rate for September, though workforce dropouts could limit the rise. The gap between those calling jobs plentiful and those calling jobs hard to get widened from -41.5 to -42.3. The latter group equaled 46.1%, the highest percentage since March, is an early indication that August’s 550,000 gain in the labor force won’t be repeated.

Small businesses need to prepare for these changes that are happening all around just perhaps not aware.

Luciano Santini On Business

Hello everyone, how are we doing today on this fine day? Well, some will read it on Monday night but most on Tuesday morning. Last night I went for my daily two-mile run and as I was running I saw the newspaper front page through the stand glass and it read “Is Your Restaurant an A B or a C?”
I continued on my run and, well, it inspired what I am about to write.

You see, businesses do not seem to get it. Just because your business seems to be thriving today does not mean that it will thrive tomorrow. There is a science to success in business. There are laws that need to be followed to be successful in business as there are in how to follow in life.

We meet head to head every day with these laws. We just do not see them. Why? Well, because we do not know how to implement or what to make of them. I have stated that when I did my thesis for my masters degree. I did it on The Allegory of The Cave by Plato. If we read it it states the following, and it is from here that I have compiled not only education but years and knowledge on business and life;

Plato was teaching the future king Alexander the great a math problem and Alexander pushed away the paper and stated to Plato, “I am the to be king. Just give me the answer!” Plato stated back to Alexander, “There is no royal shortcut to learning.” This is especially true in business.

Plato, the most creative and influential of Socrates’ disciples, wrote dialogues in which he often used the figure of Socrates to espouse his own (Plato’s) full-fledged philosophy. In “The Republic,” Plato sums up his views in an image of ignorant humanity, trapped in the depths and not even aware of its own limited perspective. The rare individual escapes the limitations of that cave and, through a long, tortuous intellectual journey, discovers a higher realm, a true reality with a final, almost mystical awareness of Goodness as the origin of everything that exists. Such a person is then the best equipped to govern in society, having knowledge of what is ultimately most worthwhile in life and not just knowledge of techniques; but that person will frequently be misunderstood by those ordinary folks back in the cave who haven’t shared in the intellectual insight.

Here you see that we must find what it means and be able to understand and then decipher it break it down into steps for both life and business.

Nothing lasts forever unless we know how to make it work in the everyday life and chaos that face us each day with our employees and our customers, who are the blood for the business.
